Next time you buy new furniture try going with bamboo. Most people are unaware that high quality furniture can be made out of bamboo, but it can, and it saves a lot of trees from being cut down! Bamboo is the fastest growing woody plant on the planet and therefore is much more sustainable than our rainforests which are being cut down more and more each year to provide people with wood for things such as building furniture.
